A saignée blend of primarily Merlot, Mourvedre, and Malbec vinfied in the Méthode Ancestrale commonly known today as 'Pét-Nat'--wine bottled before primary fermentation is finished and without the addition of secondary yeast nor sugars to initiate the explosion of bubbles. Fun & frothy, the merest hint of sweetness and tannin keep it poised and mouth-watering. Drink under the sun alone or with Bbq chicken
