More and more restaurants are going cashless, but it puts many Americans — especially the seven percent who don’t have bank accounts — at a disadvantage. In this episode of Consider It, a Vox Entertainment Facebook Watch show, Eater NY editor Serena Dai discusses the backlash, the problems with cashless restaurants, and the legislation happening in cities around the country to require businesses to accept cash (cashless businesses are already banned in New Jersey and, soon, Philadelphia).
